Services development policies:
All tourist services offered by ALTUS (tours) will be carried out at complete a minimum of attendees, stipulated this number on the page corresponding to each of our services. If, for any reason, the minimum number of people is not completed for the development of the activity, the client will be informed prior to the development of the activity and 100% of the contracted service price will be refunded, or , the client can choose to re-book the tour for a new date.
Refunds, refunds and cancellations:

Rates and special discounts.
Compliant The ALTUS Cooperative policies offer special discounts corresponding only to the tourist services offered by the ALTUS Cooperative (consult the page of each tour if it is subject to one of our discounts). discounts all children between the ages of three to twelve years, corresponding to 5% on the price of the tourist product contracted. (This discount is not applicable for children under 3 years of age).
Discount is also offered to students (secondary or university) of 5% on the price of the tourist product hired, provided that it is accredited through a pass or other official document as a student.
A discount of 5% is offered on the price of the tourist product hired for seniors (from 65 years of age onward).
And finally, a discount of 5% is offered on the price of the tourist product hired for groups of 5 or more, with the condition that they have hired the same tourist service in their entirety.

Important:
The average height in the routes corresponding to the altiplano can vary between 3,800 to 5,000 meters above sea level, (check the average height in each corresponding tour ), therefore, these are not recommended for people:
The per people with chronic heart / lung diseases (eg, angina pectoris, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, and some people with severe asthma)
People with anemia, including sickle cell anemia (low blood hemoglobin content) .

As for the preparation of the day prior to the development of the tour, it is highly recommended to eat light (avoid a high intake of carbohydrates), sleep and have enough rest the night before and avoid the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Certain tourist services offered by the Cooperativa ALTUS and / or its associated companies include photographic recording and professional filming services. This audiovisual material is included in the tourist product (tour) and provided to customers. This material is, however, subject to a use for promotional material and / or media diffusion by the ALTUS Cooperative or any of its associated companies. At the moment of canceling the services, the client accepts this possibility and cedes the exclusivity of the rights of said audiovisual material to ALTUS or its associated companies.
